Yoga as Kareena prefers



Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor’s lean and sexy body has lately been a cause of much speculation amongst females and especially young teenagers, who too long for this killer body. The sultry actress as it was believed by many has not resorted to any sort of crash diet to get into her current lean shape. Also it was plain rumor that the actress had recently collapsed on the set of her film due to her unhealthy diet.

Kareena’s nutritionist and dietician, Rujuta Diwekar told a leading national daily of the county about how Kareena changed her diet plan to acquire the slender figure. The dietician revealed that it is all rubbish that the actress lived plainly on orange juice. Kareena was given a well planned healthy nutritional diet chart, which not only helped her loose weight but also feel energetic. Bebo as she is fondly called is also involved in a strict exercise regime, which has immensely contributed for her perfect figure.


The actress had herself, sometime back revealed that she is into power yoga and practices it daily for two hours. The actress was particularly perturbed about the fact that young girls consider her as an icon and all the rumors of the false diet she consumes might harm the young teenagers who might follow her religiously. The actress has in fact made it clear that she has not acquired her super sexy body overnight. It was only over a period of time after following a disciplinary diet and exercise regime that she got her killer body.
